Sailesh Vaidya

Executive Director

Sailesh Vaidya is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in finance, healthcare, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. With over two decades of diverse experience, he has established himself as a key figure in Nepal’s business and social development landscape.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Preston University (USA-affiliated), Islamabad, and began his career in banking before transitioning into leadership roles across multiple sectors.

He currently serves as the Executive Director of Tizig Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Nepal’s first anti-cancer pharmaceutical manufacturing unit, and as Liaison Officer at Grande International Hospital Ltd. He also manages operations at Jeasion International Ltd. and J&D Apparel Pvt. Ltd.

Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Vaidya is actively involved in social service. He is Treasurer of Hospice Nepal, Secretary of the Rotary Club of Kasthmandap (2023–2024), and a Board Member of the Rato Bangla Foundationand APPON.

In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the World Book of Records Certificate of Excellence and the COAS Commendation Badge in 2022. Mr. Vaidya continues to advance Nepal’s healthcare sector while upholding a strong commitment to community development.
