Saroj Poudyal is an experienced pharmacist with over 21 years in industrial pharmacy, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. He has led teams, developed national guidelines, and implemented international quality standards like WHO GMP and EU GMP. Saroj holds a Master’s in Industrial Pharmacy from Kathmandu University and is fluent in Nepali, English, and Hindi.

Currently, he serves as the Technical Head at Tizig Pharma, where he established Nepal’s first antineoplastic drug manufacturing unit. His past roles include Factory Operation Manager at Apple International Pharmaceuticals, Quality Control In-Charge at Florid Laboratories, and Drug Inspector for Nepal’s Department of Drug Administration. He has also taught pharmacy courses across various institutions.

Saroj has co-authored national manufacturing guidelines, conducted over 50 professional development programs, and is an active member of the Nepal Pharmacy Council and International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering. He continues to build expertise through certifications in pharmaceutical quality and risk management.
